Job summary

ETS Performance LLC in Oxford, MI is seeking a Part-Time Sports Performance Specialist to train youth and athletes in a private-sector environment. You will work under the ETS philosophy to enhance strength, speed, agility, and deceleration while developing athletes’ overall athleticism.

Qualifications

• Post graduate experience in Strength/Conditioning or Performance field.
• Former competitive athlete with accredited professional certification.
• Outgoing, motivating and personable with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Sports-minded with leadership development.
• Enjoys working with kids of all ages and abilities.
• Patient yet persistent with tasks.
• Exercise Science/athletics or business background.
• GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Work with youth, high school, college and pro athletes in private sector.
• Be aligned with ETS Partner and notable athletes.
• Follow ETS training philosophy and business systems.
• Develop athletes with strength, speed, agility and deceleration training.
• Participate in growth and expansion of ETS locations.
