Job summary

SSM Health Physical Therapy in St. Louis, MO seeks a Business Development Assistant - Sports (ATC Required) to drive sports outreach initiatives.

You will support growth by coordinating screenings, partnerships, and community engagement with athletic organizations, schools, clubs, and coaches. Onsite AT coverage will be provided as needed, and you’ll handle injury hotline calls and direct access scheduling.

Qualifications

• BS Degree REQUIRED.
• Minimum one year AT clinical experience.
• NATA certification is required or preferred.
• CPR certification and applicable MO/IL license.
• Experience with DorsaVi, VALD or C3 Logix is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing athletic outreach marketing strategies.
• Handle injury hotline calls and coordinate referrals.
• Provide onsite athletic trainer coverage as needed.
• Schedule direct access patients and coordinate physician referrals.
• Support event planning and outreach activities.
