Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Sports Medicine Territory Manager for Wichita, KS. You will act as a product consultant, delivering clinical case coverage in the OR and training surgeons on Sports Medicine products.

Build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and administrators to expand product adoption across your territory. You will develop a territory business plan, meet quotas, and work across divisions to promote the Sports Medicine portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years direct sales experience with 2–4 years in medical device industry preferred.
• Experience selling technology and/or capital products to hospital call points.
• Proven track record achieving quota year over year.
• Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives.

Responsabilités

• Convert physicians/accounts by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage in the operating room.
• Train surgeons on Smith+ Nephew products through education programs in your territory.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, hospital/OR staff, administrators, and clinicians.
• Drive awareness and adoption of Sports Medicine products across the territory.
