Bachelor's Degree required.
Healthcare or Business Administration degree; Master’s preferred.
7+ years of health care experience, ambulatory setting, incl. 5 years in supervision/management.
Up to 10 years of health care management may substitute under certain circumstances.

Responsibilities

Directs, coordinates, and manages all practice functions and operations.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and HR records with fiscal responsibility.
Manage monthly financials, budgets, purchasing, and vendor contracts.
Ensure HIPAA, safety, compliance, and staff training; lead policy execution.
Coordinate physician services and schedules; liaise with clinical leadership.
