The YMCA of San Diego is seeking a Sports Instructor for the Joe and Mary Mottino Family YMCA in Oceanside to organize and lead youth and adult sports, coordinate practices, clinics, and games, and ensure safe, engaging programs for all participants. The role includes field setup, equipment care, score keeping, and active participation in staff meetings.
Applicants must be 18+, have at least 6 months of organized sports experience, be able to supervise groups, and obtain CPR/AED and First Aid
The Sports Instructor ensures an organized, safe, and impactful sports program operation for all participants. The Instructor will assist with the planning, leading, and supervision of youth and adult sports including practices, clinics, and games.
