YMCA of San Diego County seeks a Sports Instructor to organize safe, engaging youth and adult sports programs, including practices, clinics, and games, with planning and supervision responsibilities.
You will prepare fields, manage equipment, maintain safety, serve as a leader and scorekeeper, and communicate with staff, participants, parents and volunteers while upholding YMCA values.
The Sports Instructor ensures an organized, safe, and impactful sports program operation for all participants. The Instructor will assist with the planning, leading, and supervision of youth and adult sports including practices, clinics, and games.
