YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a Sports Instructor to organize and lead safe, engaging youth and adult sports programs. You will plan practices, clinics, and games, prepare facilities and equipment, and serve as a leader and scorekeeper for events.
Ideal candidates bring at least 6 months of organized sports experience, a commitment to safety, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, participants, and parents. Scheduling includes weekday evenings and weekend availability.
The Sports Instructor ensures an organized, safe, and impactful sports program operation for all participants. The Instructor will assist with the planning, leading, and supervision of youth and adult sports including practices, clinics, and games.
