YMCA of San Diego County is seeking a part-time Sports Instructor to organize and run youth and adult sports programs, including practices, clinics, and games, with emphasis on safety and structure. Responsibilities include field preparation, equipment maintenance, scorekeeping, and active supervision of participants.
The role requires evening hours (Mon-Fri 3pm–10pm) and weekend openness, with a focus on positive engagement, teamwork, and adherence to YMCA policies.
The Sports Instructor ensures an organized, safe, and impactful sports program operation for all participants. The Instructor will assist with the planning, leading, and supervision of youth and adult sports including practices, clinics, and games.
