Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and friendly service to guests and staff.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment and signage.
• Help coordinate tournaments and events and ensure on-time starts.
• Ensure event details are executed as planned and goals met.
• Monitor game play areas and maintain venue cleanliness.
• Address guest concerns or escalate to supervisor as needed.
