American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a senior sales professional to drive growth in the US corporate events and sports market. You will own the full selling lifecycle, lead RFI/RFP responses, and present high-impact pitches to C-level and procurement teams.

You will promote the Sports and Experience Studio portfolio, collaborate across teams, and travel as needed to win strategic opportunities. A minimum 5 years in business development and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales negotiations and closing skills.
• 5+ years in a Business Development role, preferably events or sports.
• Experience with live experiential events and sports sector is preferred.
• Fluent in business English; second language is a plus.
• Strong consultative communication, presentations and negotiations in a B2B context.

Responsabilités

• Identify, handle and drive prospects through the selling lifecycle in the US live corporate events and sports market.
• Sell the Sports and Experience Studio portfolio including Sourcing, Event Management, Group Travel & Logistics, and Creative & Production.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes, pricing, negotiations and contracting as bid captain.
• Build relationships with C-level, procurement, and stakeholder teams; manage pitches and profitability.
• Monitor market/competition and represent Amex GBT in industry communities.
