The YMCA of Central Texas in Hutto, TX seeks a Program Director in charge of Sports to drive growth, oversee esports and traditional sports, and lead a team of staff and volunteers. You will report to the Executive Director and steward the Sports Department, ensuring safe operations and program excellence across branches.

Responsibilities include budget management, fundraising participation, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration to extend YMCA programs to Taylor and Hutto

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of supervising or directing programs.
• YMCA Team Leader or Multi-Team/Branch Leader certification preferred.
• Willingness to work periodic weekends and non-business hour days.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsabilités
