Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Equipment Services Tech at our House of Sport location. The role involves building, maintaining, inspecting and repairing equipment sold through the service department, while supporting sales and register functions to deliver an elevated athlete experience.

You will work in a fast-paced shop environment, ensure accurate repairs, assist customers, and help maintain shop records and workflow. Training in products and service standards is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent bicycle assembly skills.
• Ability to adjust to priorities and manage time wisely.
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, maintains and repairs action sports equipment per standards.
• Assist with everyday services in the shop.
• Repair and service bikes, including parts, fittings and safety checks.
• Diagnose faults and provide accurate repair estimates.
• Help customers on the sales floor with knowledge and service.
• Identify workflow improvements and maintain shop records.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
