DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Equipment Services Tech at our Boston-area House of Sport location. The role focuses on building, inspecting and repairing sport equipment, while also handling sales-floor duties and register-related tasks to deliver an elevated guest experience.

The position demands strong bicycle mechanics, time management, and customer service skills to support athletes with gear and services through the shop and service department.

Qualifications

• Excellent bicycle assembly skills.
• Ability to adjust to priorities and manage time wisely.
• Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Assembles, maintains and repairs action sports equipment per athlete needs and standards.
• Assist with everyday services including bike repairs and component replacements.
• Snow equipment tasks: cleaning, sharpening, waxing, polishing and preparation.
• Identify athletes' needs on the sales floor and recommend products/services.
• Maintain friendly customer service by greeting athletes and sharing product knowledge.
• Suggest improvements to shop workflow to boost productivity.
• Preserve complete shop records and manage documentation.
