Norfolk Tides are seeking a Digital Content & Social Media Coordinator to create engaging content across platforms, tell our story, and support branding through video and digital formats. You’ll manage day-to-day posts, contribute to campaigns, and help grow our social reach with timely, brand-aligned content.

This full-time role requires 1–3 years in social media or video content, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and strong storytelling.

Formación

• 1–3 years of professional experience in social media management or video content creation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; graphic design is a plus.
• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to produce short-form, social-first content.
• Comfort collaborating with multiple departments and levels.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day posting on clube social channels (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Threads).
• Write, shoot, and edit original video content tailored for social media.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Promotions to support campaigns and promotions.
• Lead live social coverage, manage Stories, and post real-time moments.
• Maintain a content calendar and organized digital asset library.
• Assist live broadcast team on game days and events as needed.
• Pitch concepts for digital series, social content themes, and campaigns.
