Job summary

Long Island Ducks is seeking a passionate Social Media Manager / Digital Content Creator to lead the team's digital presence. You will produce, edit, and publish engaging video content for game days, features, and events, while crafting graphics and photography that amplify the fan experience.

The role requires expertise across X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, plus proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media across X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Proven ability to produce, edit, and publish high-quality video content for game days, promotions and events.
• Strong portfolio showing video editing, graphic design, and digital storytelling.
• Excellent photography and post-production editing skills.
• Strong written communication and proofreading abilities.
• Experience with analytics tools to measure engagement and audience insights.

Responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and publish high-quality videos for game days, promotions, player features, community events, sponsorship activations and marketing campaigns.
• Design graphics for social media, digital advertising, email marketing, ballpark videoboards, website content and promos.
• Capture photography and video before, during, and after games and events.
• Develop multimedia content across all social platforms and optimize for engagement.
• Maintain editorial calendars and publish daily content across platforms.
• Report analytics and provide recommendations for growth.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Communications to maintain brand identity.
• Support creative digital campaigns and sponsorship content.
