Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in social media management and/or video content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Strong storytelling instincts and a good eye for short-form video and social-first content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, across multiple departments.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Canva or other design tools for quick-turn content creation.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain asset libraries (PhotoShelter preferred).
• Experience with Sprout, Slate or related social platform management tools preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays during baseball season.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day posting on the club's official social channels (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Threads).
• Write, produce, shoot, and edit original video content for social media highlighting game action and community events.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Promotions to support campaigns and sponsor activations.
• Lead social coverage including real-time content and Instagram stories.
• Monitor trends and emerging platforms to grow reach and engagement.
• Maintain an organized content calendar and digital asset library.
• Assist live broadcast production on game days and events as needed.
• Manage footage capture and archiving for games and appearances.
• Pitch concepts for digital series and brand campaigns.
