• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 1-3 years related experience; YMCA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of program elements (organization, promotion, establishing curriculum, and safety) and the ability to implement them.
• Working knowledge of computers and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees sports and family programming operations.
• Recruits, trains, and supervises staff and volunteers.
• Ensures safety and compliance standards and manages budgets.
• Develops and maintains relationships within the community.
• Serves as Manager on Duty during weekly and weekend rotations.
