Job summary

Swinomish Casino & Lodge is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maximize room revenue. This role provides leadership and support to front office and reservations staff, maintains department standards, and regularly works front desk shifts.

The position requires 2+ years of front office or guest service experience, an associate degree in Hospitality or related field, and strong communication and cash-handling skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of front office or guest service experience.
• Experience using Opera Cloud Property Management System is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer, clerical, and cash handling skills.
• Eligible for a high-security gaming license and valid driver’s license.
