Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a Beverage Operations Manager to oversee all beverage outlets including bars and lounges across Thur P’a Lounge, Governor’s Room, Ba Shie, and pool areas in Albuquerque. You will ensure service quality, drive revenue, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

You will hire, train, schedule, and coach staff; manage inventory and supplier relations; monitor POS systems; and maintain compliance with liquor laws while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years supervisory experience in a bar/lounge with a full liquor license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience with beverage operations, inventory control and POS systems.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage outlets to maintain high service standards.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff; direct work assignments.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, receiving and rotation.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Coach staff and foster a positive team environment.
• Engage with guests and manage alcohol service responsibilities.
