Job summary

Three Bears Alaska, Inc. is hiring a Outpost/Sporting Goods Assistant PICs to ensure a safe, clean shopping experience while delivering excellent customer service.

You will handle stocking, signage, and basic cash-handling tasks while supervising staff in the absence of the Outpost PIC. The role includes background checks on gun sales in line with regulations and company policy, with scheduling responsibilities and potential cross-department support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service skills preferred.
• Knowledge of Sporting Goods, Fishing and Hunting.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and merchandising to maintain high product levels.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Perform background checks on gun sales per company guidelines and laws.
• Schedule and supervise team members within the department.
• Assist in other store departments as necessary.
• Ensure proper register procedures and cash handling.
