Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is seeking an Assistant ACE Hardware PIC to lead store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain clean, safe merchandising.

You will train team members, monitor objectives, and enforce company policies while supporting department managers and delivering legendary service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; experience with retail and store equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store presentation and signage, stock shelves and process shipments.
• Oversee cashiering standards and Ace Rewards program.
• Supervise team, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet goals.
• Enforce safety, security, and harassment-free work environment.
• Assist department managers and train team members.
• Resolve customer and employee issues promptly and courteously.
