Three Bears Alaska Inc. operates North Pole Grocery Store in North Pole, AK, seeking an Outpost/Sporting Goods Assistant PIC. You will stock, supervise team members, and ensure safe, clean shopping with strong customer service while adhering to gun-sale background checks and laws.

You’ll coordinate transfers, assist with displays, and handle register duties. Experience in merchandising and knowledge of sporting goods, fishing, and hunting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of Sporting Goods, Fishing and Hunting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising standards and stock levels.
• Provide exemplary customer service and answer product questions.
• Operate cash register and handle payments per procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and supervising department team members.
• Communicate with supervisors on merchandising plan and priorities.
• Ensure proper signage and product signs are displayed.
