• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert in their area.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans and signage requirements.
• Promotes customer participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect.
