Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing product knowledge.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as subject matter expert.
• Maintains athlete-first service and ensures products are ready for purchase and engagement.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards per floor plans and signage.
• Promotes customer programs and enrollment in loyalty, warranties, and cards.
