• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans and pricing changes.
• Promotes participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Creates an inclusive store environment that welcomes teammates and athletes and adheres to policies.
