You will drive sales, support service execution, and energize every athlete interaction across in-store categories. The role requires 1–3 years in retail or customer-facing settings and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards with floor set plans and price changes.
• Promotes customer participation in programs such as loyalty, warranty, and private label enrollment.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect.
