• Drive sales through product recommendations and understanding customer needs.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members as a subject matter expert.
• Act as go-to expert in designated store processes to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain merchandising standards, signage, pricing changes and inventory presentation.
• Promote participation in loyalty programs, warranties, and private label enrollment.
• Foster a welcoming store environment where teammates and athletes are respected.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and store procedures and external regulations.
