The Sport Instructor is a hands-on role responsible for leading athletes and providing expert instruction in their designated sport. The instructor is directly accountable for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and fostering a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun for children ages 5-10.
• Teach and demonstrate core sports concepts, including sportsmanship values.
• Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms.
• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for approximately 7 weeks during the season.
