Job Description Summary

Our multi‑semester manager program is designed to build athletic leadership along with equipment and game operational skills in students looking for experience organizing NCAA Division I competitions.

Essential Duties
  • Learn about event & facility logistics, guest services, hosting championships and tournaments, athletic administration and staff training.
  • Serve as liaisons with visiting teams/officials and work with team coaches to coordinate their home events for the season.
  • Spend about 10‑15 hours per week at various athletic home games.
  • Complete work assignments under close supervision and follow well‑established procedures and policies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time.
  • Ability to think critically and make decisions.
  • Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required.
