Job summary

HULK USA is expanding its field service offerings by launching a new Spooling service line. The Spooling Manager will own the program, lead technicians in cable spooling and CT line spooling, and coordinate through the Permian Basin with customers.

This role requires strong business ownership, exceptional customer service, and the ability to build a brand-new operation from the ground up. You will visit sites, deploy equipment, train staff, and work with Dispatch to meet client needs while

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in cable spoiling, coiled tubing operations, or related well-site equipment

Responsibilities

• Provides management for spooling technicians at customer sites
• Leads stand-up of the Spooling service line and dispatch integration
• Conducts service quality reviews with clients to ensure requirements
• Manages 3rd party technicians and installers supporting spooling operations
• Makes recommendations to improve quality and efficiency of spooling delivery
• Collaborates with Operations and Dispatch to schedule qualified spooling personnel and equipment
• Capable of hands-on field spooling operations including trailers
• Supports sales efforts related to spooling planning and program expansion
• Ensures compliance with EHS procedures and company policies
• Supervises direct reports, including interviewing and performance evaluations
• Oversees job dispatch and documentation in OpsFlo and close-out photos
• Monitors Monel band and materials usage for accurate billing
