Money Group is seeking a Program Manager, Sponsorships to own sponsorship programs from proposal to post-sale delivery and renewal opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales, ABM, and partners to shape scoped sponsorships and drive client value, revenue, and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of program management, account management, digital media, branded content, advertising, sponsorships, or related.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and external partner relationships.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze performance, and recommend actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop sponsorship proposals with Sales, ABM, and stakeholders, ensuring feasible, aligned programs.
• Independently manage sponsorship programs from post-sale through launch, delivery, reporting, and completion.
• Translate approved proposals into clear project plans, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
• Lead kickoff meetings and client status meetings, documenting decisions and actions.
