Job summary

Edison Electric Institute (EEI) is seeking a Manager of Sponsorship & Event Operations to drive sponsorship fruition for EEI conferences and events. You will serve as primary liaison for post-sale sponsor support, oversee registrations, and coordinate asset deliverables with internal teams and vendors.

The role partners with accounting for invoicing and payment tracking, and requires a strong customer service orientation, organizational excellence, and 5–8 travel trips per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years of sales or trade show experience in a related organization.
• Proficiency with generative AI platforms for data analysis or content creation.
• Experience with conference registration platforms and CRM/AMS tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sponsor and exhibitor asset fulfillment from planning to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
• Manage sponsor and exhibitor registrations, including codes, registrations, and badge requests; liaise with Registration and Event Technology teams.
• Coordinate exhibitor space assignments, booth configurations, and logistics.
• Partner with Event Operations for physical sponsorship deliverables and on-site support.
• Support sales and renewal activities through lead management and outbound campaigns.
