Job summary

Olympia Entertainment is seeking an Activation Manager to lead the execution of sponsorship activations, game-day events, and hospitality programs. You will manage partnerships, coordinate budgets, and ensure timely delivery of all contractual elements.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects, including nights and holidays as required. You will work closely with SportService and partner venues to maximize event value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Strong customer service focus and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage Corporate Partnership accounts on a day-to-day basis.
• Support sales managers with spreadsheets and client outreach.
• Track costs/expenses and build budgets for events.
• Handle ticket/parking/merchandise requests and processing invoices.
• Coordinate hospitality activations and partner communications.
• Plan on-site and off-site client activations and promotions.
• Produce proposals, marketing summaries, and performance reports.
• Learn and apply demographic tools and media valuation tools.
