Olympia Entertainment is seeking an Activation Coordinator to support Detroit Red Wings partnerships. You will coordinate sponsor elements, manage game-day activations, and oversee events and hospitality activities, ensuring timely execution and high-quality partner service.

The role includes supporting the department with pre-season plans, post-season recaps, and asset reports, requiring strong communication and multi-project management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Understanding of marketing, advertising and public relations principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist activation manager with delivering superior activation and coordinating assets for each partner.
• Handle game-day activations, events, promotions, and hospitality activities.
• Manage post-event recaps, social media promotions, and asset tracking.
• Support with creative asset delivery, approvals, and trafficking.
