Job summary

ViziRecruiter,LLC. is offering a Toolmaking apprenticeship program in Hastings, Minnesota. Participants will take coursework at Dunwoody College, fully sponsored by the company, while gaining hands-on experience through mentorship.

Successful candidates will support operations as they learn from experienced toolmakers and transition into Toolmaker roles after completing their studies. Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and pursue an AAS degree in Tool & Die.
• Strong mechanical aptitude is essential.
• Good organizational skills and basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support job shadowing and mentorship alongside experienced toolmakers.
• Transition into an off-shift Toolmaker role after completing training.
