Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year professional budget, finance, or accounting experience.

• Ability to analyze situations and determine solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-award proposal preparation and post-award financial coordination.
• Assist with subaward administration and sponsor communications.
• Prepare budgets and track expenses to ensure alignment with sponsor terms.
• Complete monthly account reconciliations for sponsored and non-sponsored accounts.
• Prepare financial reports, budget summaries, and CGS leadership updates.
• Support procurement activities, vendor documentation, and payments.
• Provide responsive customer service to CGS stakeholders and collaborators.
