Energy Services Air Conditioning & Heating Company in Naperville, IL is hiring 2nd Year Sponsored Plumbing Apprentices to join our service team. You will work alongside licensed plumbers on residential service calls, assist with diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, and participate in hands-on training to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Licensed Plumbers on residential service calls.
• Assist with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems.
• Help install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and other plumbing equipment.
• Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance under proper supervision.
• Learn troubleshooting techniques, plumbing codes, and safe work practices.
• Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicles clean and organized.
• Provide professional and courteous service in customers’ homes.
• Participate in ongoing training and hands-on learning.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Licensed Plumbers on residential service calls

• Good communicationand customer service skills

• Comfortable working in residential environments and confined spaces

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Experience with tablets or mobile dispatch software is a plus
• Ability to successfully complete our hiring process, including background checks, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
