You’ll assist technicians with residential plumbing, learn plumbing systems and codes, support service calls, keep a clean job site, and communicate professionally with customers. A valid driver’s license and pass background/drug checks are required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with insurability per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plumbing Technicians with residential plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance.
• Learn plumbing systems, codes, tools and best practices through hands-on experience.
• Support service calls including water heaters, faucets, leaks, drains, and fixtures.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and assist with truck inventory.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards.
• Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional.
