• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or related field.
• Seven+ years of development leadership experience.
• Proven donor cultivation and solicitation success.
• CFRE certification desirable or progress toward.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for Spokane CRD team.
• Oversee donor relations, marketing, events, and volunteer engagement.
• Develop and implement CRD plan aligning with divisional strategies.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate and community donors; meet income goals.
• Prepare and submit grant proposals; manage reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with DHQ/ THQ grants staff as needed.
