• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership within industrial environments.
• Experience leading high-mix, engineered-to-order or configure-to-order production.
• Ability to drive safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost reductions.
• Proven track record of cross-functional leadership across engineering, production, and supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing operations across production facilities and drive KPIs.
• Set standards for safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
• Improve transfer from engineering to manufacturing and scale capacity.
• Enhance on-time delivery, lead times, throughput and gross margin.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, project management and procurement.
