Alliance Machine Systems International, LLC, part of Barry-Wehmilller, invites an experienced Senior Director of Operations to lead manufacturing performance across North American sites in Spokane, WA. The role demands managing high-mix, engineered-to-order production with cross-functional collaboration among engineering, production, quality and supply chain.

The successful candidate will drive transfer from design to manufacturing, optimize capacity and margins, and partner with the executive

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations or plant leadership.
• At least 7 years in manufacturing operations leadership with P&L impact.
• Experience in industrial automation, robotic machinery, or engineered capital equipment manufacturing.
• Direct leadership of operations, not just engineering or project delivery.
• Experience with high-mix, engineered-to-order or project-based production.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution operations across production facilities.
• Set standards for safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity and cost.
• Improve transfer from engineering into manufacturing.
• Increase capacity while maintaining quality, delivery and margins.
• Strengthen production planning, scheduling and supply chain.
