Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or ABET-equivalent.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to apply lean concepts and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for mechanical components.
• Analyze workflow, layouts, and tooling to increase efficiency.
• Design or revise drawings using CAD software and support cost estimates.
