Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Plant Manager in Spokane, WA to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will oversee daily production, implement safety and quality systems, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of plant management experience in manufacturing, preferably semiconductor.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes, equipment and quality systems.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations and ensure policies followed.
• Develop processes to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
• Plan and run day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.
• Increase capacity while controlling costs and maintaining quality.
• Manage resources and optimize assets; monitor performance metrics.
• Lead and develop plant staff; recruit and train.
