Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks an entrepreneurial Director - Splunk Practice Leader to launch and scale a Splunk consulting capability. This leader combines architecture expertise, CCaaS experience, and services leadership to deliver visibility, observability, security, and improved customer outcomes.

You will shape the go-to-market, win early engagements, and establish credibility with Splunk and Cisco, eventually building a full Practice with delivery quality, talent growth, and sustained profitability.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience in professional services.
• Architect-level CCaaS experience with Cisco preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Splunk go-to-market strategy with sales and partners.
• Lead architecture sessions, demonstrations, and pursuit strategy for opportunities.
• Oversee the design of scalable reference architectures and integration patterns.
• Build and scale the Splunk Professional Services Practice, including staffing and portfolio.
• Ensure delivery quality, customer success, and profitable growth.
