Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks a Director - Splunk Practice Leader to launch and scale a Splunk consulting capability. You will blend Splunk architecture expertise with CCaaS experience to improve observability, security, and customer experience.

Initially hands-on with market development, you’ll shape offerings, win first engagements, and eventually lead a high-performing practice. You’ll own strategy, delivery methodologies, and partnerships with Splunk and Cisco, driving growth, quality, and client

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise across architecture, design, implementation, integration, migration, optimization, and operations.
• Architect-level CCaaS experience, preferably with Cisco contact center solutions.
• Proven client-facing consulting and professional services leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy and drive market development for Splunk services.
• Lead technical opportunity qualification, architecture sessions, and executive presentations.
• Own delivery quality, estimates, SOWs, and sales-to-delivery transitions.
• Build and scale the Splunk Professional Services Practice with staffing and growth plans.
• Maintain strong executive relationships with Splunk, Cisco, and clients.
