Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Director - Splunk Practice Leader to launch and scale a Splunk consulting capability across CCaaS platforms in the US. You will drive market development, customer acquisition, and establish credibility with Splunk and Cisco while shaping the professional services practice.

The role starts hands-on with market development and transitions into leadership of delivery, talent, and growth, with a focus on architecture, security, observability, and operational intelligence.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise across architecture, design, implementation, integration, migration, optimization, and operations.
• Expertise in CCaaS platforms, preferably with Cisco contact center solutions.
• Proven client-facing consulting and formal delivery leadership in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Splunk go-to-market strategy with sales and alliances.
• Lead technical qualification, discovery workshops, and executive presentations.
• Architect and lead Splunk integrations across CCaaS platforms including telemetry and security patterns.
• Own delivery scope, estimates, and sales-to-delivery handoffs with quality controls.
• Build and scale the Splunk Professional Services Practice, staffing and roadmap.
