Job summary

Arden Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Spiritual Counselor to join our hospice team in Linden, Tennessee. You will provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and the care team, guiding them through the end-of-life journey with presence and empathy.

You will also assist families at the time of passing and continue to offer bereavement support to help them navigate the grieving process.

Qualifications

• Master of Divinity or equivalent advanced degree is required.
• Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) is required or preferred.
• Ordination or endorsed certification is required or preferred.
