Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare leadership or chaplaincy.
• Experience leading ethics committees is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Staff chaplains and provide spiritual leadership.
• Facilitate Ethics Committee consults.
• Chair the Organizational Ethics Committee.
• Serve as liaison between Tenet, Diocese, and Franciscan Sisters.
• Support patients, families, and staff with spiritual care.
