Winebow is seeking a field-focused spirits sales leader in California (Benicia) to partner with district managers and drive brand initiatives. You will expand distribution, educate teams, and develop opportunities across on/off-premise accounts.

You bring whiskey expertise, 5+ years of industry experience, and a proven ability to train staff and present to groups. Travel and a valid license are required; competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of industry experience.
• High level of Whiskey knowledge, particularly American Whiskey.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel.
• Strong written and oral communication with presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with District Managers to boost spirit sales and targets.
• Lead supplier brand initiatives and market KPI achievement.
• Drive key initiatives with supplier partners for portfolio growth.
• Deliver staff trainings and customer tastings at accounts.
• Travel to drive account development and market opportunities.
