Job summary

Pronghorn is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent the brand at retail tastings, events, and on-premise activations. You will educate consumers, tell the brand story, and help convert engagement into bottle sales while supporting retail and distributor partners.

The role requires evenings and weekends, with a focus on delivering premium brand experiences in consumer-facing settings. You will travel for activations and maintain professional conduct to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a confident, outgoing personality.
• Previous brand ambassador/hospitality/retail/beverage/sales/event experience preferred.
• Ability to start conversations, educate consumers, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently within company standards.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to support market objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tastings, events, and consumer activations.
• Engage consumers proactively, introduce brand portfolio, and recommend SKUs.
• Communicate brand attributes: Caribbean heritage, 100% corn vodka, coconut husk filtration, six-times distillation, gluten-free and vegan.
• Convert engagement into bottle sales and monitor pricing, displays, and product availability.
• Build relationships with store managers, retail staff, and distributor partners.
• Prepare and debrief activations, report results, and use approved platforms for scheduling and reporting.
• Maintain professional brand standards and ensure proper service and safety.
